At Magnolia Omaha, we’re at the heart of everywhere your family wants to be. From world-class attractions to kid-friendly entertainment and more, discover the pure fun of a stay in the heart of Omaha. A few of our favorites are below:
Tiny Travelers (5 and below) – Let your littles explore the world’s largest nocturnal exhibit, indoor swamp, indoor rainforest, indoor desert and glazed geodesic dome…all located at the Henry Doorly Zoo. Get the wee ones to shake the sillies out in a wiggle room at Omaha Children’s Museum with lots more to see and do. There’s also plenty of room to stretch those little legs and get some fresh air at the Heartland of America Park.
The Mid-Kid (6-12) – The mid-kid will certainly enjoy any of the entertainment mentioned in the section above. In addition, check out a wildlife safari. For the history buff, The Cook House Museum will transport you to the 1800s. There’s also the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge, a fun hike that connects Nebraska and Iowa.
Tweens & Teens – Another adventure more suited for older children is Film Streams, a blast for the teen who’s into independent cinema. Or, try year-round scuba diving at Diventures. Papio Fun Park is an indoor/outdoor amusement complex that is sure to thrill as well. Taking in a baseball game at TD Ameritrade Park, home of the College World Series, is another great way to enjoy your time in Omaha.
