Hotel Policies

STAY INCLUSIONS

When staying at Magnolia Hotel Omaha, all room and suite stays include the following:

• Wireless internet in-room, and in all public spaces for guests (not applicable for meeting rooms)
• In-room coffee and tea set up
• Two bottles of water placed in-room upon check-in
• Nightly turndown service (upon request)
• Local and 800 access calls
• Complimentary local shuttle service available from 7:00am-11:00pm, for attractions within a 3 miles radius of the hotel (includes Omaha's Eppley Airfield airport as well as many local attractions such as Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium, Casinos, CHI Center, Charles Schwab Field, Creighton University, Old Market, and many more!)
• Access to our Fitness Center, open 24 hours
• 24 Hour Front Desk staff to assist you with questions and recommendations
• Magnolia Hotel's signature complimentary milk and cookies which are served nightly in the lobby from 8:00pm – 10:00pm

Please ensure the required contact information we have on file (phone and email address) is updated and correct. If there are any issues during your stay this will be the main information used to contact you and if it is not up-to-date you may miss out on important information.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made before the cancellation deadline to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax fees. Policies can vary for specials, packages, and prepaid reservations. Please review the booking description of your reservation.

DEPOSITS & GUARANTEES

A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the room. Special event periods may require an actual deposit depending on the time of booking and will be stated during the booking process.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-Out time is 11:00am. Early Check-Ins, if available are by request only, are not guaranteed, are based on availability, and may require an additional fee. Late Check-Outs, if available, must be coordinated with the Front Desk before 10:00am on the day of departure, are not guaranteed, are based on availability, and may require an additional fee. When possible, we are happy to accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out. However, we may not be able to honor such requests due to the hotel's occupancy, availability of specific room types, and the time required for our Housekeeping team to clean and prepare guest accommodations. Guests must be at least 21 years old to check into the hotel.

PETS

For free of charge, Magnolia Hotel Omaha welcomes furry and four-legged friends of all sizes and breeds. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior including, but not limited to, biting, excessive barking, urination, or defecation in the room and/or public areas. Your pet must be on a leash or caged when outside of your room. Except for documented service animals, pets are not allowed in any food service areas or fitness centers. Housekeeping will only service your room if the pet is not present or if the owner is present and the pet is leashed and/or caged. No more than two pets may occupy each guest room. Owners are responsible for any damages and/or soiling during the stay, and/or extensive cleaning after the departure. Fees begin at $400. If your pet is excessively barking or making noise while you are away from the room, you will receive a one-time warning via the required contact information on file. If the noise continues you may then be asked to leave the hotel. Be assured that your friendly companion will experience the same gracious and personalized service as you will. Please visit the Front Desk for walking suggestions or for any other information during your stay. We may even have a treat for your furry friend!

SMOKING

Magnolia Hotel Omaha is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke-free environment. Smoking (including cigars, pipes, and vaping) is prohibited throughout the property, in all public spaces, accommodations, and in restaurant. The hotel reserves the right to charge a deep-cleaning and deodorizing fee if smoking is witnessed or there’s evidence of smoking in any accommodation. Fees begin at $400.

PARKING

Many parking options are available for guests staying and visiting Magnolia Hotel Omaha. The hotel offers paid valet in a gated private lot, connected to the backside of the property. Additional public parking options are available at the guest's expense, including metered stall street parking, as well as surface and garage lots located around the hotel. Fees/Rates will apply to these options and guests will be responsible for their own cars when using these options.

SHUTTLE ACCESS

As mentioned above, a complimentary local shuttle service is available through the hotel valet and front desk teams from 7:00am-11:00pm. This service is available for locations within a 3 miles radius of the hotel (including Omaha's Eppley Airfield airport as well as many local attractions such as Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium, Casinos, CHI Center, Charles Schwab Field, Creighton University, Old Market, and many more!). Please note the following additional rules of the complimentary shuttle service:

• The shuttle is available on a first come first served basis and can be delayed depending on usage and business levels.
• Please make your requests with a hotel associate at the front desk or valet for availability and possible wait times.
• The direct contact line for shuttle information and requests is 402-213-2832. 
• Pickups are offered and based on availability. 
• Please plan your pickup ahead and call your request in to minimize waiting times. There is a typical wait time of 10-15 minutes before the shuttle leaves the hotel to pick up (from time of request and dependent on hotel business levels and location of pickup), so please plan your request ahead of your departure time.
• The shuttle does not have access to car seats for younger visitors.
• The shuttle is a no-pet zone.
• Each person must be in a seat with a seat belt fastened, there is no standing, no lap riding, holding, etc. permitted due to safety and Omaha traffic rules.

GUESTROOMS & SUITES

• Large gatherings are not permitted.
• Occupancy is based on unit type, please contact the front desk for questions on maximum occupancy details.
• Outside catering companies or services are not permitted.
• Radios, televisions, stereos, etc., must be kept to a minimum volume, especially after 10:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m.
• Excessive noise is inconsiderate of the other guests and may result in being asked to leave the hotel. Acceptable noise levels do also apply to furry friends when inside the hotel.
• No illegal use shall be made of the hotel, guestrooms, and suites. No commercial use may be made of any space on the property unless expressly permitted by Hotel Management.
• No activity shall be conducted in any part of the hotel that shall unreasonably interfere with the use and enjoyment of any other guest.
• Out of respect for the wellness of our guests and associates, the hotel is a smoke-free property. (see the resort's smoking policy above for further details.)
• No firearms (including air guns) are to be fired while on property.
• No illegal or flammable materials may be stored in any room.
• The walkways, lobbies, hallways, entrance areas, and stairwells must be kept free and clear of obstructions.
• Landscaped areas in and around the hotel may not be used for access.
• Bicycles, toys, skateboards, roller-skates, etc. are not allowed in hallways, stairwells, sidewalks, elevators or the entryways, driveways, paved areas, landscaped or grass areas of the hotel.
• No signs, advertising, or solicitation of any kind are allowed except with the written permission of Hotel Management.
• Relocating of furniture in your room is not permitted.

Note: These rules are subject to change at the discretion of Hotel Management. Management may levy fines and or other penalties for violation of any of the Rules or Regulations.

FAMILY POLICY

• Children 17 and younger stay at no additional charge in the same room as their parents.
• Children 17 and younger are not permitted to stay in a room alone.
• The hotel offers pack ‘n plays for the comfort of young children. Traditional cribs are not available.
• Rates are based upon double occupancy. Additional adults over 17 years of age are subject to a charge of $50 per night.
• The number of children in a guest room is subject to the occupancy restrictions of the accommodation type.
• The presidential suite is reserved for adults 18 and older.

PHOTO & VIDEO

Magnolia Hotel Omaha does not permit any professional photography or filming on the hotel grounds without prior consent from Hotel Management. This policy is a result of confidentiality agreements with some in-house guests and other special event area restrictions. Additionally, the unauthorized use of drones in or around the hotel is strictly prohibited unless with prior consent from Hotel Management.

TAX-EXEMPT GUESTS

All Tax Exempt Guests must bring an Individual Tax Exempt form from their organization and present it upon checking in.
