• Complimentary room ratio of 1 per 35 per paid group room nights
• 25% allowable attrition
• Complimentary staff meals for up to four staff members
• One complimentary round trip sedan airport transfer

Offer valid for new meetings held between March 2019 – October 2019 at The Magnolia Dallas Park Cities only. Meeting must consist of at least 50 paid room nights with at least 25 rooms per night at peak. Cannot be booked online or combined with any other offers. “Pick a Perk” incentive must be mentioned at time of booking and described in the hotel Sales Contract. Booking of meeting is at hotel’s discretion and is subject to availability.
