Magnolia Hotel Denver Offers Ideal Meeting Location in the Heart of Downtown Denver

Special Incentives for Booking Groups/Meetings in 2016

DENVER – October 15, 2015 – As one of Denver’s most sought after meeting locations, Magnolia Hotel Denver brings convenience, location and service to a new level in the Mile High city. The 297-room hotel offers more than 10,000 square feet of function space, award-winning catering, newly renovated rooms as well as exceptional service in the heart of downtown Denver and just 30 minutes from Denver International Airport.

The hotel’s accessibility is just a small part of its draw. In 2015, the property embarked on a multi-million dollar guest room renovation to further enhance the experience for travelers visiting the region. As part of the renovation, the hotel is adding 51 standard guest rooms and one large, master Presidential Suite has been created on the 12th floor. When the renovation is completed, Magnolia Hotel Denver will offer 297 rooms – three new boardroom suites, a Presidential Suite, 196 king guestrooms, 44 rooms with two queen beds and 53 suites, 24 of which have fireplaces.

In addition to five complimentary suite upgrades, for every 30 rooms booked, the property provides a complimentary room and 10 percent off the total catering bill for groups that book prior to 2016. Groups will also receive a complimentary one-night stay in the brand new Presidential Suite. These offers are available for groups that book in 2015 for the following year and spend at least $10,000 in guest room revenue and/or $5,000 in catering revenue. When it’s time to get down to business, there’s more than 10,000 square feet of meeting space in Magnolia Hotel Denver’s Executive Conference Center. Whether it’s an elegant reception in the street-level Magnolia Ballroom or a corporate social gathering in The Lounge, the property can accommodate groups of up to 300 with eight event breakout rooms, one large ballroom and The Lounge. Magnolia Hotel Denver is located in what was formerly the First National Bank Building. The property was originally restored to reflect its original appearance with terra cotta details and a replicated corner clock adorns this 13-story landmark edifice built in 1910.
