Magnolia Hotel Offers $26.00* Rate for Labor Day
Special Rate to Benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Houston
Aug. 24, 2007 (HOUSTON)—The four-star Magnolia Hotel Houston is offering a special Labor Day rate that’s a throwback to the year the historic building opened—1926—and for just $26 per person, based on double occupancy, guests can stay at the hotel and benefit a local charity. For guestroom reservations on Sunday, Sept. 2, 100 percent of proceeds at the rate of $26 per person (double occupancy required) will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House of Houston.
“We’re excited to offer this extremely discounted rate to benefit the Ronald McDonald House and extend an opportunity for the community to experience the gorgeous Magnolia Hotel at an amazing deal,” said Chuck Castiglia, general manager, noting that the Magnolia Hotel’s guestroom rates typically start at $199 per night.
“By making a reservation at the Magnolia at this special rate, you will be helping the Ronald McDonald House provide a home away from home for a critically ill child and their family while receiving treatment at a Texas Medical Center facility,” said Mikki Donnelly, director of development of the Ronald McDonald House.
