WOW! What a great exprience. Service is second to none. I had a minor issue regarding the reservation because I booked through an external site, ehich I did because I was not familiar with Dallas. Matthew the bartender is great. Its nice to have someone intelligent to talk to at the hotel bar. This guy underdtands customer service as did Angela at the reception who dealt with the initial concern. 10 out of 10. the facility and the stafff are well educated service providers with a facility that backsd up the proffesionalism and class.
